MINI MOBILITY PROGRAM.
All accident related damages, including pot holes, tyre related cases, etc are excluded from car hire. MINI ASSIST’s commitment is to keep the customer mobile. Therefore, MINI rental vehicles are subject to availability with the relevant car rental agency.
BREAKDOWN ASSISTANCE ON SITE.
We organise breakdown assistance through an expert cooperation partner right away.
TOW- IN SERVICE.
In an event of a mechanical/electrical breakdown, MINI ASSIST will arrange for your MINI to be towed to the nearest MINI Approved dealership. In an event of an accident, MINI ASSIST will tow the vehicle to the nearest MINI Approved Repair Centre
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION.
Should you be stranded as a result of a product related defect, MINI ASSIST will cover accommodation costs to the value of R850 per person, for one night up to a maximum of 5 people.
Emergency Medical Asssistance.
In the event of an accident, MINI ASSIST will arrange for medical assistance. Exclusion: MINI Assist is not liable for any medical costs incurred.
